Shipping via US Mail? We offer US Mail as a shipping option, however the rates are higher due to differences between the US Postal rates and UPS. If you order US Mail shipping, your order will be held for your confirmation of the higher postal fees. We suggest UPS, the rates are less costly than USPS just provide us with a physical address for UPS.

Our base shipping is UPS or Fed Ex (FOB) from Los Angeles, CA. UPS and Fed Ex offers a cost effective and effecient solution to meet your shipping needs. Diapersite.com ships all orders daily (monday - friday) from our warehouses. We ship via UPS and Fed Ex Ground, delivery time is approximately 2-8 business days (Monday-Friday) depending on where you live. Orders are processed & shipped within 24 – 48 hours Monday – Friday (excluding holidays, weekends) via UPS or Fed Ex to a physical address located within the 48 contiguous states. All Gift Orders will be shipped only upon verification of payment method.
UPS shipping rates are based on per unit or case. When products are double cased (master case packing), shipping rates per unit applies to the two enclosed cases. If your order is placed on Friday, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day, Monday (except holidays). All shipping and handling costs are priced as approximate. If the shipping and handling results in additional charges other than those provided to you at the time of your checkout and payment on-line, we will notify you by phone or e-mail prior to shipping your order for authorization of this additional fee. If shipping is less than expected we will automatically adjust your bill accordingly (yes this happens on ocasion, and we do credit you!).

Please note that UPS, Fed Ex and DHL do provide discount ground service outside of the contiguous 48 continental United States. Rates are based on weight, box size, and method of shipping, we ship ground to all Continental USA locations to physical addresses only, no PO Box's. Offers of Free Shipping applies only to addresses within the Contiguous 48 Continental USA, all other locations require special handling charges for which you must contact us for shipping/handling rates.

You may track your order on-line with us by clicking on "UPS/Fed Ex Track your Diapersite.com order", we will provide you with your UPS or Fed Ex Tracking number for you to track your orders once your package is shipped via e-mail confirmation within 12 hours of shipping your order. Diapersite.com makes all possible attempts to ship all adult diapers and related incontinent products in plain unmarked boxes for your privacy.
Diapersite.com is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items during shipment.
Each shipment is insured against said loss or damage for which the recepient of the shipment must make application to the appropriate shipping agent to receive renumerification for said losses. We will be happy to assist you with this process should you require such assistance. Delays beyond our control including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phoneomena, and natural disasters. Returns & Refunds Policy

Diapersite.com by Arctic Originals, Inc. provides a 30 day money back guarantee for products ordered from Arctic Originals, Inc. 30 day refund guarantee is from the day of delivery as posted by UPS (shipping costs not included). Refunds are available on all unopened products for any reason to include: wrong size ordered, product defect, or you just did not like what you received. We are more than happy to refund or exchange your order. We charge 20% restocking fees to defray the cost of receiving your return and cost of materials. If the product is defective or we accidentally sent the wrong product or size and is not due to your error, we will upon notice by the buyer, within 30 days of product purchase and delivery, refund the shipping costs, wave all restocking fees and resend your order or provide a refund. At our discretion, we may require the return of the products for our review. Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on any washable or reusable products unless defective. Used Merchandise with defects will be promptly exchanged in the same size only. We consider the product defective if it did not last for 30 days (disposable products not included). Please remember that while many customers can use our diapering products for more than one child, this product endures constant use and heavy laundering and cannot be guaranteed for longer than 30 days use. The use of high temperatures and/or chlorine bleach will void this warranty.
Disposable product returns, we can only accept unused, unopended products for returns. All returned item shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In addition to return mailing costs the buyer will be charged a 20% restocking fee on all returns, this covers your credit card fees not refunded by your bank, the box and handling. In the rare event of a manufacture defect we will at the discretion of Diapersite.com and Arctic Originals, Inc. send out a new replacement item(s) or call back your item for a full refund or replacement, shipping charges are paid by Diapersite.com.
We would appreciate knowing why you are returning the product, please enclose a short note outlining why you are returning the product. Refunds, you can expect your refund to be credited to your account or a check mailed to the individual placing the order within 6 weeks from the time we receive your package. We refund by method of payment, if you paid by check, we will refund you by check, if by credit card or PayPal we will refund your account.
We're sorry, but we cannot give refunds on used diapering products.
Diaper sample packs are for trial purposes only and are not returnable.
Exchanges, please include a copy of your receipt or invoice when sending merchandise back for replacement. We will make every effort to re-ship your product within one week.
