Important Holiday Delivery Information
As the holidays approach, we want to extend our thanks to you for allowing us to meet your medical supply needs. We hope we?ll have the pleasure of serving you for many more years to come.
Note that the holidays as a rule exert additional stress on the shipping systems from the US Mail to UPS, order early to avoid delays. Orders received on or after 20 December will be delivered between 27 December and 5 January, . Please allow for extra shipping time during the holiday rush.
In observance of the Christmas Holiday, Diapersite.com Medical-Surgical will be closed on Monday, December 25th. No orders will be shipped or delivered on this day.
To make sure you receive your products in time and to avoid delays caused by the holiday, please place your order early (optimal by December 21st). Shipping will resume on December 27th.
We will also be closed Monday, January 1st, to observe New Year?s Day. Shipping will resume on January 3rd.
Diapersite.com Supply Management Online, our Internet ordering solution, is always available for order placement (including holidays!). You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Shipping & Packing:
Baby Diapers Hand packed in sturdy boxes.
Adult Briefs Hand packed in sturdy boxes, discrete packing upon request.
We ship via UPS and Fed Ex Ground, delivery time is approximately 2-8 business days depending on where you live. Orders are processed & shipped within 24 – 48 hours Monday – Friday (excluding holidays, weekends) via UPS or Fed Ex to a physical address located within the 48 contiguous states. All Gift Orders will be shipped only upon verification of payment method.
UPS shipping rates are based on per unit or case. When products are double cased (master case packing), shipping rates per unit applies to the two enclosed cases.

Shipping via US Mail? We offer US Mail as a shipping option, however the rates are higher due to differences between the US Postal rates and UPS. If you order US Mail shipping, your order will be held for your confirmation of the higher postal fees. We suggest UPS, the rates are less costly than USPS just provide us with a physical address for UPS.

Independence Day: July 4th
Orders received Friday after 10AM will be shipped following business day.
Labor Day: September 5th.
Orders received Friday after 10AM - will be shipped following business day.
Thanksgiving: November 25th - 26th.
Orders received November 25, 26th will be shipped November 29th.
Christmas: December 24 - 31.
Orders received between December 24 - 25th will be shipped the following business day.
New Years: January 1 - 2.
Orders received between January 1 - 2 will be shipped the following business day.
Credit card data received during this time will not be processed until your order is shipped.

Your order will be shipped to you via UPS or Fed Ex Ground Service unless otherwise specified and arranged with us. Orders sent to you other than UPS or Fed Ex standard ground service will be at additional fees based on shipping service requested, order size/weight, and delivery address.

S E R V I C E E X P L A N A T I O N : Arctic Originals, Inc. shall not be held liable for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond UPS or Fed Ex's control including, but not limited to, the following:
- Unavailability or refusal of a person at the delivery address to accept delivery of the shipment
- Acts of God, poor or unsafe weather conditions, earthquake, etc.
- Public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the delivery premises
- Acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities
- Riots, strikes, labor disputes and civil commotions
- Disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena, and natural disasters as previously stated.
- Delays due to heavy traffic flow in both air and ground routes such as between December 12th and December 25th.

Currently, shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS or Fed Ex. Shipments made to P.O. boxes, APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes, international addresses, or a few limited geographic areas within the U.S and its territories are possible by special arrangement only, additional fees will apply.
